I was looking into this TV. It looks really good, but do you think I should get this one or the bigger 40" one? Also, I have heard that this TV has a problem with screen-tearing and random muting when watching TV or playing games. But it may just be a defect in some sets. If you have this tv can you tell me if you have these problems? thanks.

Is the screen-tearing and muting a widespread problem?

This is probably only happening to some people. just return it and get a new one if you get that. The only negative thing about that monitor is that it's a little expensive. It is quite good though, like I said, if you can afford it get it. Personally i would get a Dell, like this one, (canadian prices btw), so it is cheaper than the Sammy. The 37" version is $1,399 CAD btw, if you want a bigger one.
