Something weird just happened when i turned on the controller the system wouldnt come on it was dead. The power brick light was on then i pushed the cord that plugs into the wall/brick into the brick to be sure it was snug and now the system comes on. The cord was a little loose maybe but not much is this a problem on the way?? If the cord was not plugged in good how would the light on the brick be on ?If it had power shouldnt the system aswell? Thanks for any input guys !!

I thought that also. I don't think your going to have a problem. But it's xbox, so I can't say that.

Well the brick still gets power from the outlet so even if its not plugged in to the xbox it will still have the light on. The plug was probably just loose, i wouldnt think anything of it, you should be fine.

But the cord i moved that caused the system to come back on was the one from the outlet to the brick . Not the cord into the console itself . if that cord wasnt plugged in good could the brick have power but not the console?

it could still just be the cord was loose, it might have just happened before you caught it too, because the light on the brick will stay on for a few seconds even if disconnected
