is this problem normal??

well im like having a problem with my controllers, ok after im done playing my 360 i look at my controller and theres these brown little specks on there that are removable, but i just dont no what it is and what causes it, has this happend to anybody else??, and what causes this?

Apparently he DID forget. Other than that option, I don't see how brown specks would appear on your controller. (It's never happened to me...)
