I heard the Halo 3 collector's edition, the one that comes with the helmet will now cost 129.00 instead of 100.00   is this true?

I think that is only online pre-orders. http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=200242 The Collector's editon with out any thing is just 69.99 http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=200241

yes/no. Its the legendary edition that costs that much (not collectors, thats $70) and the $100 was just a guess by retailers.
