Is using car cheat codes in gta 4 called cheating?

I only use the spawn comet,super GT and turismo cheats to drive around the city. I don't use the remove wanted level or the health or armor or the address cheatcode. I only use the spawn car cheat codes. But spawning cars, is it called cheating?My friend called me a cheater after i spawned a car!I had a quarrel with him then. But honestly, is it called cheating?sivasiva

Well, if you enter any cheat codes in the game it automatically registers if you save and on your Stats it says "Times Cheated" So while spawning a car doesn't seem like a big deal it's stil considered a cheat.

I think achievements on the 360 kida ruined GTA a bit, because on the PS2 you could do whatever and it didn't matter as long as you played the game but now if you enter the wrong cheat and save you may lock an achievement unless you start over :P personally I do use the 486-555-0100 gun cheat because I dont care about that frickin' Cleaned the Mean Streets.
