Is Voice Chat sounding weird for anyone else?

I heard they were making it better but now it sounds like im talking to people over the phone. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah everybody sounds slightly robotic, it's weird. Dunno if you guys have noticed, but music and whistling is actually audible now.
