[QUOTE="ramelaz"]most of the new ones willnickyb628I thought it was a customized dx9? which had similarities to dx10...oh wait...yea...you said that...nevermind. Uh, I'm pretty sure that direct x 10 is not included in the 360 nor the direct x 9. However there is a customized version of it on the 360
dx is for computer graphic cards have have no use on consoles AT ALLflainsoulWhich is why it is a heavily modified version of it. ^^
It should be noted though that the 360's graphics card uses the unified arcitecture that directx 10 gpu's use.
Do your research bro. Not only does the 360 run DX but the damned thing is named after Direct X. Where do you think the "X" in Xbox came from. Straight from the console devs mouths.
Â
As for dx9 or dx10. Crysis will use DX10 on the PC but I doubt the 360 supports DX10. DX10 requires new hardware for PC so unless microsoft planned far, far ahead I doubt they spent the money to put in the hardware to support DX10.Â
