Is XBOX Live down or having problems right now?

I can't seem to sign in. And when I do, I have very limited connection and I keep getting cut off saying I can't sign into messenger.

Anyone else experiencing something similar?

i have the same problem quite a few days back, but i did not attempt to solve the problem and instead i waited for around 4 days, and everything went back to normal.
