Is Xbox Live GoldSubscription region coded? If I buy goldsubscription from Asia, can I use it to pal console?

yes! But in order to make it work you must create an XBL account using an asian address. Otherwise find a card that is region free. There are some XBL gold cards on play-asia.com that is region free.
