My xbox 360 is finally dead. Ive had it since '05 and now its gone. some guys were glitching in gears and i froze. Then my xbox made these wierd noises. 2day i played for 2 mins and then i froze. Tried to turn it on then bam! the red lights.
Could the glitching be the cause?

No, glitching would not have destroyed your Xbox, it was doomed from the beginning. :O

What you're saying is impossible (the glitching breaking it). Any animations come through the host machine, yours just processes the pixels and puts them on the screen. The reason why glitches happen are usually textures that aren't blended together properly, creating tiny gaps that under the right circumstances you can fall through and do other things. The 360 reads this as a normal process, so it wasn't that.
