Really...is really sad!!!!!!!!!!!!! This past weekend I complete the collection 360, wii, and ps3. For a gamer, this is heaven. I will be able to play MGS4, Halo 3, Mario, Metroid, FFXIII, Mass Effect.....and all the great games that each console has to offer...................in the other hand the fanboys, crying and defeding their consoles like if those company even care about their lives, they only care for your $$$, if you are a gamer, you cannot be a fanboy. Go ask anybody who has been playing since the NES (like me), we loved the NES, Sega, Genesis, turbografx, all of them. BECUASE WE LOVE THE FREAKING GAMES..................I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUPID PASSION FOR A COMPANY, BE PASSION FOR THE GAMES.
I hate when I see people killing Zelda, God of War or Halo...........they are great games, just because they are in different consoles don't make them less of a game. There is one thing about the systems as we speak right now.
360 is the best for GAMES and will be for a very LONG TIME.
If I had the money I would get a Wii ( I love Zelda but that is the ONLY good game right now)Â PS3 is a different story. I never liked God of War and the only good game that is different and exclusive right now is MGS and I will not spend 600 dollars on a system for one game and most games I can get on 360 with 100% better online functionallity anyway. I am not a fanboy but what I am is a SMART and INFORMED game player.
I don't think even the most obnoxious fanboy you'll ever come across would turn down owning every game and every system if it was financially feasible for them to do so. Good for you, for owning all the consoles. But please don't tell me I'm "sad" for not being able to afford to do the same. I'm not a fanboy -- I own or have owned consoles from various companies dating back to the first generation of Atari -- but I work for my living and your bragging is as offensive to me as silly fanboy rants apparently are to you.

But on the reals, I'm no fanboy. I had a chance to buy a $600 PS3 and I said no. Do you know why? Because I'd already spent like $1000 on all my 360 stuff. There's nothing wrong with being loyal to a brand because you've dumped like a month's pay (or more) into it. Why would I pay another $1000 to get a PS3 and a handfull of games? The best titles aren't franchise titles anyway. If they come to my system, fine, but I'm not going to rush out to pay more money to have 3 systems. That's not being a fanboy... that's being smart.

I'm not a fanboy never been....and I only own xbox360 future owner of ps3 no doubt about it...just waiting to have some cash at hand I don't plan on owning the wii but, I'm not biased when it comes to the wii games.. so there. Cool down relax and enjoy what u have now and don't hate a game dat don't play on ur system....

But now that you've elevated yourself above the silly debates of unenlightened/monetarily challenged gamers, what will you argue about on the message boards? Which arbitrary position will you vehemently uphold for the sake of making others look less intelligent? It is a frightening and solitary path you walk upon now and I know I do not have the courage to join you. Alas, I cannot refrain from pointing out the supremacy of the 360 and the lack of worthwhile games on the wii or the PS3. Im still addicted to the fun of inconsequential arguments on gaming message boards. Perhaps when I win the lottery I can join you on your cloud.
I Agree too.. I have been playing before the NES. I've been a gamer my whole life. I love all consoles reguardless. I love thePC, PS3, Wii and X360 all together more than some fanboy will love his one console/pc. That's a gamer. I also value respect online as well.. to me thats a true gamer..not having all the games that are out or all consoles..but someone who values other gamers and doesn't disrespect a gamer because their preference in games or consoles. Also true gamers know what games are hot and over hyped. That's my cents worth.

I might get a Wii, but you won't ever see me get a PS3 for a few exclusives. Paying over $700 (console + a few games) for a few games that I couldn't play on the 360 is out of my pay grade. Has nothing to do with being a fan, Im just being practical. If I were to blow 700 bucks I'd sup-up my home PC so I could play all those great PC games I never got to play. Really there is a whole list of things Id get before spending money on a PS3 (fix up my 2 POS cars, maybe a dirt bike, new screen for the bedroom, ect).
i think there are fanboys because PPL can't afford all the game systems like you. I agree with you 100%, IN FACT i write about this topic all the time in system wars and even made a POLL on it. 60% of the PPL said they liked a game on any counsol. However, if PPL are not as rich as you they still have to choose a counsel. Then istead of feeling like they are missining out on anything they would rather live under the delusion that they aren't by claiming that the other counsol isn't good any way. Just like we were kids and we liked a girl who later we found out didn't like us. We then make fun of that person and find a bunch of bad stuff about them and so we felt secure again by saying well "I didn't really like that idot anyway." I just want to know one thing, i f you had to choose only one platform, which one would it be. However, since your not a fanboy on cousols, i'm sure the determining factor would have to be the games you most want to play on that counsol. Am i right?
