[QUOTE="jay_Z_100"][QUOTE="Chopmo81"] HD in comparision to SD is huge. Maybe you didn't switch all the stuff over for HD (behind the unit and in the system settings). No matter what next gen HD gaming machine you get, it's not going to be the same in SD.
I have a 46" Samsung LCD HDTV. It blows my mind when I play games.
As for Xbox live, you're mostely right (in my opinion of course). Depending on the game you play, the kids are brats. Forza has a great community fortunatly. Shooters and such don't. Is it worth $50 a year to me? Hell yes! That's little over 4 dollars a month and I love Xbox live.

I got the official xbox 360 VGA cable and it's just connecting it to the monitor and the back of the 360 and I also tried playing around with the setting and while it made the dashboard sharper, the actual games wasn't a big leap.
When I said that there is not that big a difference between SD and HD, I was not playing down the graphics of the 360 because the graphics on my SDTV are still fantastic especially Gears of war and Kameo.
And we're telling you there IS a huge difference between standard and HD. Enormous, actually. The thing is, it might not be that noticeable if you're using a dinky 20" monitor as your example for HD. Try a bigger size and it'll be very noticeable. I played on a standard TV for months before switching to the 32" Samsung LCD I have now. The difference was staggering.
I agree. There's a big difference. Everything is soo clear and crisp in HD. I've had mine plugged into a SD tv and it's pretty ugly. Looks awesome in HD. I don't know how people don't see the diff. It's like trying to look through a foggy glass for SD and removing the glass for HD. I'd agree with the people who say get glasses
