i was wondering if anybody has had this problem and if so how long does it usually take to get your 360 back or is there any way to fix the problem on your own?copper13
It will cost around $150 to have it repaired, but once you get it back you receive another 1 year warranty on the console so that you're covered should it fail again.
Microsoft recently upgraded their warranty so that they fix & ship back your 360 within 5 business days....that is, once they receive it. Shipping is also free. So you're looking at probably a week or so in total from the time you send it to Microsoft to getting it back.Â

No, first MS extended the warranty on launch consoles to 1 year. Then they extended all 360 warranties to 1 year. Then they extended all paid repairs from 90 days to 1 year. All of which are nice but they dont address the real problem. The 360 is built like crap.

No. He's right... I think. I'm 80% sure that Microsoft said that they'll repair all launch consoles for free.[QUOTE="crck"][QUOTE="Gokuja"][QUOTE="thinicer"][QUOTE="copper13"]i was wondering if anybody has had this problem and if so how long does it usually take to get your 360 back or is there any way to fix the problem on your own?Funkdaddy13
