From time to time my disc tray will jam up and it will take about ten tries to finally get it open. Most of the time it'll open up immediately and there will be no problem. The problem is still frustrating and annoying. Does anyone else have this problem and if so do you know any solutions for it??

My intial 360 (which I've since had to send in for replacement) had a similar issue, but it never took 10 tries. Typically, I just had to nudge it with my finger. I'm told this happens sometimes if the front bezel gets shifted up or down, but I could never find any indication that it wasn't secured properly. I'd like to say send it in and get it fixed, but you'll receive a refurbished unit in return that might have even more problems, so your best bet? Deal with it until something more severe happens. Sad but true.

agreed. my disc tray doesn't open all the way, i have to press open and pull it out, but i opted to not get it replaced because i feel lucky enough that it hasn't gotten the 3 rings and i don't want to test my luck lol. it's sad, but consider yourself lucky.

my previous 360 had the same problem, it would take about 5-8 tries to get it opened sometimes i had to press the tray to get it opened, then it got the RRoD so i bought an elite. the elite hasn't given me the same problem but it is very loud. btw is your 360 vertical or horizontal?

Mine sticks sometimes. Gotta like push it to the side a bit with my finger and it'll come out.
