Is he the one that has the shell form around him then explode? If it is, then you'll have to use Cole the whole time. Make sure you're far away from him, so he doesn't kill you, then when he kills your team mates....revive them, then when he explodes out of the shell, slow down time with Cole and shoot the crap out of him. Rinse and repeat.

I beat him just an hour ago and i used Delgado. You don´t have to be far away from him you can also hide behind the coffin during the explosion
