well I don't care that it's not my original but it took them almost a month to send me a refurbished one.....it's all gravy though cuz ima sell it cuz I bought the Elite 2 days ago:P

Bro dont worrie, they just sent you a refurb. The reson they o that is to cut down the repair time so you can starte palying again. Trust me its better that way, plus you get another year warrenty with teh refurb, bonus

Yeah, they sent that note attached with my refurbished system. I guess if they didn't do that it would have took 2 months instead of 1...lol. Thats bulls#@t! 

I talked to the people at xbox,and the Representative told me,they do not fix your xbox, or xbox360 at all when you send it in for repairs.All they do is sent you a new one.I told them it would be cheaper to buy another one then the cost to send it away, and wait till it returns. Hope this answers your question =)

They're supposed to repair and return your console under their new Return Policy.
