Just a little inquiry...

I was thinking, of those who get the RROD (or have never had the RROD), do you play it everyday for 2+ hours or are you an on and off player (plays when you get a new game).

I want to get a 360 and am worried about the RROD, but from my experience with the PS2, i play mainly when I get new games and never more than 2+ hours at a time?

Just wondering to see how much I am at risk.

i play 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year... etc.

I'm playing it whenever I'm home, which is a lot. Most people would watch tv or go on the comp, I don't. I play it around 3 hours a day on weekdays and around 9 on weekends. Never had a problem and I have the so called "crappy" launch console.

The better consoles though have been out for a while. Better heatsinks, etc...

i dont have my playtime recorded to the exact like all these people :P lol but i play a lot at nights, no problems

the RROD happens, but its exaggerated a lot, you shouldnt have any problems (hopefully)

basically, im not saying that it doesnt happen, but its no reason to not buy a 360 for

Those who haven't had a RROD, would you consider the place where you keep the 360 well ventilated? Do you clean or dust or just take really good care of the console?
