Just bought a Elite 360 and I have a question?

I just bought a 360 Elite and the the seal on the box was loose, I am not sure if it was returned before or not. Im pretty sure it is brand new, it works fine, I just have a little doubt. Does The hard drive come with videos, game demos, etc?
