what fast, i took my time on everything, there is nothing to the game, you fast travel everywhere, you get map markers for EVERYTHING, detailed instructions for quests, i mean come of a 5 year old could do this in under 100 hours. morrowind this game will never be.Â

No I think hes right.Especially Oblivs combat, its very mundane.
O and IÂ don't beleive the guy who says he did all the main attracts in 87 hours, and he doesn't have all the achievements in Shivering Expansion,so how can he say he did it?

Owned? ive spent at least 250 hours maybe even 300 hours on oblivion and still havent beat shivering isles. I have 4 diff characters, so thats proble why. Im a big fan of RPGs ne way.Â
achievements are not long to get but level your player to 100 in all skills is long and hard specially mercantile in my case. I have found 271 places but I don't think I cleared 220 of them. I don't fast travel I do the game in real time most of the time so it's probably why I have 250-300 hours of gameplay.

Why are you in a bad mood tonight? You start off by bashing GRAW 2 in a random thread and you, the person with the Oblivion avatar, is criticising a user that's just enjoying the 2 games.

I don't know what your problems are lol. If you are going to buy a game you might as well get use out of it. You don't need to brag "I only spent SEVEN hours on Gears of War!!!". That doesn't make me think, oh wow, that guy is cool. That just makes me think somebody is dumb enough to spend $60 on 7 hours of game. I have Gears of War and I have spent at least 25 hours and at least 125 hours on Oblivion (haven't even beaten the the main portions expect Dark Brotherhood, Mage, and Main quest, and I'm fine with that lol, just have fun playing). Personally, leave him alone, nothing is wrong with getting use out of your games lol, no law says you can only spend a certain amount. Besides, it's like 1/10 of what tons of MMORPG games are, and there isn't anything wrong with those either.

it's simple the guy is a gamer who can't admit to himself he loves games so he has contracted the cool boy video game syndrome, I don't play a lot so I'm still cool.

elgooG
Its not the combat I find repetitve (I have 3 different character hyrbirds)
Its the quests, 90% of the time they involve clearing some dungeon, finding something/someone and returning it to the original quest giver. I find it all very tiresome especially since I hate the dungeons after you visited practically the same dungeon (but with a different name) each time. Some quests are different and interesting I agree but mainly (especially the mainquest line) you can predict what tiresome task you are going to be given. (i.e. clear dungeon, find item etc etc ..)
And I dont see why Gears is repetitive? each level has you fighting with a different stance, whether it be long range sniper cnounters or close up shotgun/chainsaw carnage.
