I just bought a refurbished 360 and it freakin lacks an HDMI port (which you guys recomended me to get in this thread :?) I'm all exited to play GTA IV in HD, and I look at the back of my 360 and there's no hdmi port. Is there a cheap solution to this dilema? (and by cheap I mean less than $5.00 > free)

If your TV supports HD with the component cables like mine does, just use those. It will run 1080p through component. I have an HDMI equiped 360 and I have used the HDMI and the component and can't tell a difference. So now I just use the component with my 360 and save my HDMI for my PS3, HD DVR, and DVD player.

If you clicked the link, you would know he's using a monitor, not a HDTV. As such it doesn't have compenent inputs.. Also, Component cables DO NOT output 1080p signals. TC, your easiest option is to buy a VGA Cable, which costs $35-40 and works great. Or get another xbox. The older models did not support HDMI output.

Did you get the Xbox 360 Arcade? If so that model does not come with an HDMI port (I may be wrong so feel free to correct me).

You are wrong. All new Xbox 360's have an HDMI port.
