So i got my xbox back yesterday and set it up today i put in the two wires in the back made sure everything was plugged in right and pressed the xbox button but it wouldnt turn on does anyone know y its not turnign on

Make sure any cords involving the power supply aren't loose.

If it still doesn't work, call Microsoft and bish them out. Hard.

plug it into a wall outlet instead of powerstrip or try diff slot on powerstrip and even make sure it's on.

is the green light on the power unit? the part that goes from outlet to the box looking thing? if not, it's not getting power or cord is bad. if it is, could be the cord that goes from that power unit to the xbox.

It actually is orange but when i had my xbox it was green than when i unplugged it to send it in it turned orange obviosly, but now it wont turn green again idk im going to try different power supplies and things.

UPDATE: your allow going to think i am stupid, but my brother comes home pushes in the power chord a little more till i hear a click and see the wireless reciever flash so now my xbox is up and working thank you to everyone who replied to the topic
