Wow...never imagined a game being this good lol...

I got a 360 not too long ago and after seeing Microsoft advertise ME2 like crazy! i had to pickup the first one before i played ME2...

So i finally got around to picking it up (Games on demand) and i must say it's amazing. Since i'm new to the 360, can anybody recommend any other games that are like this that are out now or are coming out for the 360?

If you like ME1, ME2 is much better, so obviously that when you're done with 1. And both Star Wars KOTOR games, Jade Empire and Dragon Age Origins are other similar games made by Bioware which are all fantastic.

Jade Empire.
This user knows his stuff. That game was so legit, and I can't wait for a sequel!

Anyways, I just bought Mass Effect 1 as well, and I am also impressed with it.

Man, I hope they make another Jade Empire. That game was definitely a gem! I recently got ME from Games on Demand too, and I agree that it's awesome. As the other user stated, KotOR, Jade Empire for Xbox originals, and Dragon Age for 360 titles (can't go wrong with any of 'em)

ME is certainly an awesome game. You'll most likely enjoy ME2 and Dragon Age: Origins as well. Fallout 3 is another awesome WRPG.

Yeah, if you don't already have KOTOR or Dragon Age, hop to it son! Also, Fallout 3 and Oblivion are worthwhile mentions, indefinitely. It's good to see other's taking interest in such great games :)

Well other than you should definitaly get ME2, like the others have said you should get Biowares other games (Star Wars KOTOR, Jade Empire, Dragon Age, etc.) I'd also recommend checking out Oblivion and Fallout 3 but since there's a forum backlash on those games these days, be warned.

I also only just discovered ME1. Amazing game. Not finished the main story yet but getting very near I think.

I've just purchased ME2 ready for when I do finish the 1st. Great story with amazing characters. It just get's better and better the further the game develops.

Enjoy this game. Mass Effect as a whole trilogy is a masterpiece! the only mistake you made,is that you bought mass effect from games on demand. You really should have went to the shop and bought a physical copy of this game.

Why is that? Gamestop jacked the price up to $30 on ME now, plus I couldn't find it anywhere in my area anyway. But i admit, I would have liked to own a physical copy of the game.

I picked up a copy of the Classics version of the game for £7.99. Bargain if you ask me.

I still think the prices for the on demand service is a little excessive.

ya i just picked this up a couple weeks ago. i was gonna get this from games on demand since i couldnt find a copy anywere but it turns out kmart was getting rid of their copys for 17 bucks so i got that one. it was the version that had the extra content too. i gotta say im a little disappointed in it. i was expecting a lot more. it feels like a half finished kotor. its just not user friendly i think. seems things are overly complex or just plain useless. the elevator thing is getting to me. getting down to the the c-sec or 2nd floor of the normandy is pain stakingly long. combat is pretty poor and the vehicle thing is almost useless. dont get me wrong its a good game and i think me2 (havent played yet) fixed alot of the issues but i dont think its the greatest game. i enjoyed kotor and jade empire far more. they just had a better feel to them. im glad i got it especially for the price but i think i went in expecting it to be so much more than kotor ever was.

Apart from the elevator thing I didn't think any of the other 'issues' put me off the overall experience. I'm a bit disapointed the Mako was scrapped for ME2 as I quite enjoyed tearing about in that. They could of just varied the Mako missions a bit more. Perhaps in ME3 it will return.

I'm not going to touch ME2 until I finish the main story of the first. Still undecided whether to import my saved game from ME1 to ME2, Hmmmmmmmm

I'm surprised that many people like it here on GameSpot.

When I start talking about ME to my friends irl they just start saying "Pfff.... It has aliens so its s***. MW2 is obviously better." And they obviously know nothing if MW2 is their fav game.
