Okay, Starting off, lets just get this out of the way. I JUST LOST MY SIXTH XBOX 360
So I'm used to it by now. I call them up with a relatively calm mood. I get some guy who I could honestly tell did not care he comes up and I say (still calm) " I just lost my sixth 360, please give me a repair form." I get a reply like "Ok Mr. Manning I'm going to go get a form for your xbox to be repaired." I wait through microsofts little techno remix on a Feliz navidad and he comes back saying straight up " Due to the holiday season it will take 2 months for your xbox to be returned. Calmness gone, Not just gone but smash with the hammer of Thor. So now furious i ask if i'm getting anything in compensation for my xbox being broken seven time and now a 2 month wait. He said " Yeah, you'll be getting a new xbox." That was it. I said a few unkind words about his mother and a horse and hung up. I still got to call them back up though. What should i ask for? I know I won't be getting it back for christmas, effectively ruining my chances for having an enjoyable christmas break.
