Awesome, I'm glad to know that you can actually notice a difference.. But could someone post a comparison between HD and SD?Samsung is great, man I bought that one a year and some change ago it looks great especially on the HD channels with cable get the dvr with your hd channels when you get that tv it's sweet as hell...
I'm thinking about getting a Samsung 32" LCD, it looks awesome and seems to be a great TV. I'll hopefully get it by the end of this year, near my birthday.

Had the money tonight and bought a 19in HDTV from seers, i have to get below 20 because i use it on a desk next to my computer. Anyways, i paid like 300 and its quite nice, i was really surprised at how much of a difference it made. The brand is Proscan which i was sceptial about at first but the 1 year warrenty helped push my fears aside. Overall, its great, i have it set for 720p and forza 2 just looks insane, but when i put oblivion in i was blown away. Anyways, just figured id say im glad i did it and im sorry i waited so long. Its really nicer then i thought it be. dudy80
Its funny you say this. There was a debate on this very topic a while back. Some said that you cant see any noticeable difference. My arguement was after a lifetime on sdtv I made a jump to hdtv with a 40' samsung lcd. After playing R6V on sdtv, then switching over to hdtv, its just no way I could ever go back to sdtv. The amount of detail and clarity is just unparralled. Congratulations.

Yeah man, anyone who argues that there is no noticeable difference between gaming in SD and HD probably doesn't have the money to purchase an HDTV. I'll also agree with a previous poster: if you don't have the money, for baby jesus's sake use your computer monitor!! $30 for the VGA cables and you'll be gaming in high definition! Please Log In to post.
