Kameo is so confusing!

Kameo is THE most confusing game that I have ever played in my entire life. I have bought the game just today, and after wasting 4 hours of my life trying to play it, I have now decided that I want to return it in a few days. There are simply WAAAY to many puzzles in this game. I like small, simple puzzles from time to time, the gameplay in itself is puzzling enough. Every single thing you do is a puzzle. Evensomething simple like OPENING A DOORis a puzzle, seeing you have to morph yourself into a plant, go inside the ground, and come back up again on the other side of the door.I have spent heaps of time reading walkthroughs, but trying to follow the walkthroughs itself is also confusing. I am currently in the Forgotten forest, and I have absolutely no idea of what to do, even after reading walkthroughs. This is the first timethat I have ever played a game where not even a walkthrough can help me.

This is a launch game, it got good reviews and sold alot. I can't understand how anybody can possibly enjoy such an immensely confusing game. The battles and transformations are very cool, but the confusion and frusturation that comes from the over-puzzling gameplay and travelling makes it impossiblefor me to enjoy.

I will definately get that soon. I love playing COD, Halo 3 and Gears of War, so Bioshock will be my next shooting game :)

Kameo was made as a light action child oriented game. If you cant understand Kameo i dont see how you will be able to play many other games. Have you ever played Super Mario Bros. Thats alot easier

Yes, I have beaten various Mario games, and I have also beaten alot of other adventure and RPG games. Many of these games can be tricky, but Kameo is a confusion-fest. Reading a walkthrough felt even more confusing.

Drop the walkthrough and play using your brain. When you use a walkthrough to think for you, your missing the point of the game. I never once found Kameo difficult mentally. Honestly I just think your used to rushing through games. You got to get a feel for every character and explore a little. Kameo is an amazing launch title for the xbox 360, and its graphics still hold up today.

My advice to you is just to put the game down and come back to it after your not so frustrated. Play something else and when you feel you want to play it, play it. Dont think of the puzzles as being advanced, think laterally. Use the "WOTNOT" book whenever you get stuck. Its a life saver.

Kameo is not that hard man lol. I personally loved it. But if your having trouble wiht Kameo dont ever pick up the Orange Box....demon565
