but i just bought my own elite console (i was sharin an premium with my brother) and i was wondering how i get all of my profile information off of it and if i could get the cod4 beta that is on that console?

To get all your profile info just go to the 'recover your gamertag' selection and put in your GT...If your brother and you use the same profile I don't know if it'll work when you're both online. As for the getting the COD4 Beta I think you'll have to re-enter your 'token' for it, and if that doesn't work I don't know
