What the sure way to prevent your games from getting scratched, am I putting up the cases wrong or is it the 360 system itself doing it?

Try carefully blowing out your DVD lensand disc tray with some compressed air to make sure there's no dust particles scratching your stuff. Other than that, I'd say be more cautious of how you take out/put back games in the case.

It's not a dumb question, alot of people have scratched discs inadvertantly.  Make sure that when your disc is in the 360 you do not move it.  Some people say keep your 360 vertical some say keep it horizontal.  I don't believe it matters- I keep mine vertical and have never had a problem.  Alwyas put the disc back in the case when you are done using it.

Lastly, if you do get a scratch try using disc docor or some other similar product and you should be fine.

I think some scratching is just normal wear and tear, nothing to worry about.  Games will need to be replaced over time, that's a given...

i think you have less of a chance scratching your discs if you put your system horizontal instead of vertical also just be rxtra careful when your putting them back into the box.
