Kinect one month later?

Alright, so it is just about a month after Xmas. Just wondering how kinect is fairing after a month of ownership. Are people still playing its games, or is it starting to get a little stale? I know when we had the Wii, we used it a lot the first month, and then it just kind of sat there.

Still play a couple times a week...:)

Everybody in my house but myself are still dancing regularly.I dont dance,too stiff.

Everyone in my house still plays Kinect. Whether it is Kinect Sports, Dance Central or Your Shape Fitness, it is still very heavily used.

i want to play it, but its just to damn hot to play dance central durin the day down here in Australia. at night time i am usually to drunk to place dance central properly.

It still gets played everyday here, and we've had it since November. It mostly gets played by the kids and their friends. Lots of Dance Central and Kinect Sports.

I dance on dance central pretty often and when people come over the kinect doesn't get a break. My wife does your shape evolved daily.

I don't consider it a main source of gaming, more like something different and fun. I rather have my controller. I even use my controller to navigate the menus on dance central rather than trying to get it to work with my hands cause honestly its not 100% accurate.

Im waiting for something interesting to come out. It will be nice to see what is in store for the kinect.

I've had it since November 4 and it gets played a few times a week, more than most of my other full-retail "hardcore" games.

Also got one in Nov, still used on a weekly basis. Bowling in Kinect Sports is my go to game.daviwinn

Our Kinect is played at least 3 times a week. Games being played: Your Shape, Dance Central, and Kinect Sports. I downloaded DanceMasters Demo and it is fun and diferent from Dance Central. I wish there was more DLC for Dance Central, though. Rock Band got me spoiled with the new weekly DLC.

my son plays it like crazy or when my niece and nephew come over they play it. i dont really play it that much im waiting to see more games but it was definitely worth the 150

The Kinect really shines when you have people to entertain. We've had a bunch of people over quite a few times andthe Kinect, especially DanceCentral and Kinect Sports. The bowling in Kinect Sports is always the one we play because its a lot of funand the competitiongenerates good banter. If there weregood RPGs or adventure games that cameon the Kinect, which I hope it will then I would play it single player as well. Butthe games on Kinect will get a lot better. I hope.

Depends on your lighting, at my place the input lag is barely noticeable.

No matter how fast I move it usually keeps up very well.

Also, I would be described as a "hardcore" gamer as I play the "hardcore" titles. I use that term loosely because it's stupid, but I enjoy it.

the only time i tried it was at a local best buy so that would explain the lag

my wife and I still play it from time to time when we have enough energy too. School just wears us down throughout the week and its hard to do physical games when your tired haha.

Christmas day was the last day i used my kinect. Unless an awesome game comes out, it'll just sit there.

Dont play much anymore, at least once a week though. Waiting for a more hardcore or at least less casual game to come out. I have my eye on the star wars game and steel battalion at the moment.
