Kinect question

I am thinking of getting a kinect along with disneyland adventures for my 3 1/2 year old daughter, my question is will the kinect regester her movements or do I need to wait untill shes older?

Glad I can help you on this one. We bought the Kinect and at the time our kids were 7, 10,and 10 (yes we have twin girls) and it worked perfectly fine for them. In fact we have the wii and since we bought the kinect the wii is a good paper weight. I had my neice and nephew over and my neice is 4 and it picked her up fine. It all depends on where you set you sensor, if you have it above your tv then your 3 1/2 year old will have to back up more than normal but if you set it below your tv it will pick her up closer. Gamespot sells a stand for the kinect that we thought would raise it up a bit but it in fact put it about 3 1/2 feet off the floor..which in turn worked better for our kids. BTW you will have to shoot me a line to tell me how that disney land game is since seeing it on E3 my wife and I have been considering it for our 3.
