KOF98, Worms Armaggedon, broken XBL

When I tried to download these 2 games, which came out today, and I can see them in marketplace, I got some error code and I cannot buy these game. Also when I tried other games, same thing happened. The price has been greyed out. Is anyone else getting this atm?

Not missing much... Worms is a good game but my file has been corrupted 5+ times and every time it does your achievement stats and single player get reset.
