L4D final stages tips

Does anyone have any good tips, tricks that will help in conquering the final stages in all four levels? Such as the rooftop in Mercy Hospital, the Farm House in Blood Harvest, The Docks in Death Tunnel, and finally the Airport. I know there are doors that can be broken down once you hit them enough times. Anything would help.

Ive completed all the campaigns on expert, no glitching needed.

Blood Harvest- Go to the barn, go up the ladder. Have one person stand near the ladder, 1 person in the little corner next to the hole in the wall, 2 people across from from him. Jump up and down the ladder when the tank comes, like "kite" him around.

Death Toll- Everyone use the m16. You can jump on this huge rock, left of the dock, in the corner of the map. Its almost impossible to get hit.

No Mercy- Everyone in the closet until the tank comes. Then put two people on the machine gun roof, two people on the ledge to the right, and the tank will just jump around trying to hit 4 different people.

Dead Air- Honestly, I did this by climbing up the stairwell near the plane, everyone use the autoshotty, and just huddle in the back.

Really, before they nerfed the tank, you could basically do "autoshottys in the closet" method for everything.
