I have enjoyed playing LA Noire, and I am currently trying to get all achievements but have lost some interest in the game after completing the story, hopefully the DLC will be worth getting. On Xbox Live I think a good idea would have been to be able to create your own cases and post them so other people could play them, not sure how well this would work on Xbox360, a PC it would probably work better. To play online with someone else, they could have assumed control over your partner, and together gather clues, and interrogate suspects, or it could be a game of cops and robbers just a thought. But a reason it may not have been done is the graphic intensity of the game, as it is already on three discs, and I think because of how their mouths have been captured I think is a big part of it. Back to story mode I was disappointed by the fact if you mess up a case you continue as if nothing has happened to extend lifespan I think if you do poorly in a case you should get demoted or have to do a series of street crime cases to continue, another idea is to have alternative cases and ending to the game.

I just started the game last night and am enjoying it so far. The guy at the store said I was the first person he'd saw come in to buy it that actually pronounced it right so that's kinda funny. I hope this is a starting point for many more games to come in this genre.

Great game but it leaves a funny feeling in me. I adore going about gathering clues, following leads, interrogating witnesses, all that. What I don't like, but can't say anything against, is how the game handles your failure. It isn't afraid to let you screw yourself over. I just sent a guy to death row for a crime I have no evidence he comitted, solely because he didn't have any evidence he didn't commit it either. The police chief got pissed, the case notes mentioned his now orphaned daughter, and I'm left sitting in my chair wondering if it really was him. There was another suspect, and a child molester at that. It was slightly less possible for him to have been the killer, but it was still a possibility. And it would have been a great thing to have him gone, but the evidence against the first man was stronger, and now that I think about it I was getting annoyed I couldn't read him well enough to do well in interviews with him.

You see that up there? That is more thought than I've put into some entire games. This is why I love this game.

I just started playing it. I think it's cool but I enjoyed Heavy Rain a lot more, especially when it comes to action sequences and investigating.

The most overrated piece of crap i played almost all year. i would rather play brink ONLINE than have to go through a mission in l.a.

Did you expect GTA? Also I'm loving it it canbe frustrating when you bomb and interrogation but that's what I like because it's all my falut and not the game's, well for the most part.

The game is a interact movie...it's feel like u're following a script and u can't do nothing about it...but still a great game and gets better at 3rd DVD.

Cool game with a lot of nice features but I'm gonna be honest there's a lot of downtime. I thought it was boring and at times a marathon to get to the best points in the game. The highlights are very high, awesome even, but to be honest I have absolutely no reason to even go back to replay any case. I also felt some things were contrived within the story like
Phelps cheating on his wife with the singer
. Made absolutely no sense... I'd most likely put it around a 7-7.5. I'm most likely going to trade this in for Mortal Kombat or something.

I didn't think either was guilty. I think someone else committed that murder, but I sent the child molester to jail...just to get him off the streets.
