Laggy night on Xbox Live?

My internet connection is perfectly fine right now but tonight seems to be 'one of those nights'... Every match I join in DOA4 is laggy and I'm beginning to remember why I stopped paying for Live all those years ago. Is it like this for other games too?

might be the game i had one match of horde that was abit laggy but nothing odd after that it's been fine

it's not Xbox Live, every game on Xbox 360 pretty much use is peer to peer connection except EA games so it's the game netcode having the problem then
