Laptop TV on xbox

hi, can i use HDMI from my xbox to laptop? im using this because my TV is broken and my family wont want any problems with setting up, so i just wondered if it will work n if so...how?

it takes a ridiculous amount of cords/converter ends to get there, it's not worth it.

The HDMI port on your laptop is most likely output and not input. Thus, it will not work.

there are certain cables you could buy but your laptop monitor wont run it smoothly(trust me)...just use a regular or HD PC monitor
