Last Day For XBOX Live For Original XBOX Games

If you have an original XBOX multiplayer game or want some content for a original game this is the day to get it

Early tomorrow (Thursday April 15th) 3:01am EST the service will be shut down forever

It's a sad day but this means a better XBOX Live like Windows 7 mobile phones in the fall (yes, I need one lol)

Funny though, that so many games these days are dependant on thier online availability and community... 2 things that can change drastically and ultimately be non-existant.

You can turn on Super Mario World to show younger players what older games were like... but we wont be able to do the same with the main draws of MW or Halo. Except to say "Picture this empty map, but with more people sniping and using double shotguns... it was alright".

i only play orginal xbox games for the single player anyway

tried playing halo 2 MP just there and it said i dont have the required maps for the particular playlist even tho i have EVERY SINGLE HALO 2 MAPon my hard-drive(360)

i even have that multi-player map pack disc and still online refuses to work...

any ideas lads??

Sucks, but I haven't played an Original X-Box game in years, so I'm not really upset.

The only xbox original game I have online for is splinter cell chaos theory and I cant beat that exam to let me play online. I hope it gets shut down forever.

If Mechassault worked on the 360 I would be playing that all night tonight, but I'll be on Halo 2 and Burnout 3 in a little bit.
