There's a downloadable guide to the last level on xbl marketplace. It looks like its best to have a torque bow as one of your weapons for defeating Raam. Having said that, I did download the guide and still have not managed to finish the game yet due to frustration and not wishing to re-start the last level to get a torque bow!

ROFL.........wait before you enter the last part with Raam in it, you can pick up the torque bow
