This game is what I have been wanting for a long time, I have always been interested in the Zombie genre but the fact of being alone against stupid AI...not to mention ****y controls so it would be difficult and scary....no more...this game is a hardcore military disaster game like true surivivors in DotD ofr 28 Days later.....AWESOME CAN YOU SURVIVE?

Is it a confirmed FPS? that would be tight third person would still be nice but not as much...the horror would be better if you couldn't see behind you....and the teamwork would have to be too...
Although I applaude the creators of this game for trying to be original after reading the article I'm not all that impressed. The first flaw is the fact that the creator of the game is quoted as saying that 28 days later is one of his favorite zombie movies. 28 DAYS LATER is NOT a zombie movie. The infected in 28 days have a form of super rabies but they are still human meaning they can be killed the same way a normal human can be killed. Zombies are the re-animated DEAD. The only way to kill a zombie is to destroy the brain. The second flaw of this new game is that it has already been done. Any of you who played the BrainBread MOD know that this new game sounds exactly like Brain Bread. Now I'm not saying that I won't give this game a good try out because I will. I just don't have that OMG this is going to be awesome feel about this one.

actually in a well respected and very old "art form" there are rules, and in the case of zombies he was absolutely right. 28 days later is not a zombie movie at all, it's a biohazard movie.
the game has the potential to be awesome, but its far more likely that its going to screw something up in the mechanics and the whole thing is going to suck *cough* re outbreak 1 and 2 *cough*

Real or not the rules are extremely important especially for those of us who love the whole zombie genre. Valve may be a very respectable company but that doesn't mean that Valve is perfect and this game will be far from perfect for the reasons I've already stated. There are hundreds of respectable companies that doesnt mean that they can't screw up. If you can't deal with the facts kid thats your problem.
I saw a piece about this game on the 1up show, it looks dope. Apparently, the engine will sense how stressed you're getting by your accuracy and how poorly you're playing and such, and change the game accordingly. So lets say you are just rocking hte zombies, landing every shot, the game will know that you arent challenged, and it will make it harder, by sending ou t more zombies and what not. And conversly, if you are playing poorly, the game will react by giving you a moments rest.
