Left 4 dead or resident evil 5?

Which one should i get because I am going to get one of the two. I also have a question about left 4 dead. What game does it control closest to. What i mean is it control and feel like halo or call of duty or some other game? let me know A.S.A.P. because my gamestop said they only had a few extra after preorders and i would go tonight and wait to get it.

RE5 is actually RE4 with a fresh coat of paint(FLAME SHIELDS ON)...it should be called RE4.5.lol L4D plays like any other FPS but the co-op gives it tons of replay value.

i leaning towards left 4 dead but i also liked Resident evil 4 a lot and resident evil 5 is almost identical controls. I wish left 4 dead had a demo on the xbox marketplace so i could try it. I played team fortress b4 and i thought it was fun but just a little fast. My friends already have left 4 dead and said that if I got resident evil 5, they would probably get it soon. The DLC for left 4 dead looks extremely fun too. survivor mode sounds fun. Im just really stuck on this subject, either way I am getting both eventually. I get payed tommorrow but I have a lot of bills so i can only get one for now and maybe the other in April.

L4D had a Demo when it came out, it may still be there if you go specifically to the game and see all of the content it has.

I would say L4D. I played the demos for both games and I currently own L4D. If it came down to demos alone, L4D takes the cake hands down! And if I had to choose 1 of them (even though I've pre-ordered my copy of RE5), I would take my pre-order money back and get some L4D. Besides, you can get it on Amazon for about $40-45 and RE5 will be aroudn $60. And one last piece of information to make my case, L4D has a load of free DLC coming out this Spring with a lot more stuff. Not to mention that Valve has already put out 2 good patches to fix all the crap when it was first put out!

thats a very tough choice since both of them have alot of replay value. All i can say is if you played and liked resident evil 4 then youll love 5 and as for left 4 dead if you love zombie games with partner ai or online co op with 3 other people then left 4 dead.

Get what you really want but If I were you, get Left 4 Dead. At least the MP comes with the game!
