Left 4 Dead sequel name?

Valva has alreay confirmed that there will be a sequel to left 4 dead, but what could it possible be called? left 4 dead 2? or do you think it will have a completely new title and just be a sequel in the way ninja blade is to ninja gaiden?

I really wasn't a big fan of L4D. Gets boring after a while. Maybe I'll play it after the SDK for it.

If Valve makes another L4D, it should be called something clever like Left 2 Die. And maybe some more weapons, campaigns, maps, different types of zombies?
