link to rumor of World of Warcraft for 360

The last I had heard on this was that Blizzard will not put WoW on the 360 because they can't have control of the servers because of XBL.(or something along those lines)

I know from playing the game myself, I would want keyboard and mouse support, something the 360 doesn't seem to want to take advantage of even though it has the capability.

So many times said that the game is not coming to the Xbox 360...and I hope it won't.

I don't want any more addicts on Xbox Live.

yea i also read it in one of my XBOX Magazines in the like top 10 games comin to 360 section

Joystiq is reporting thatBlizzard Entertainment is looking fora Lead Engine Programmer for a "Next-Gen MMO." Joystiq immediately assumed that that meant they were working on something for a PC akin to World of Starcraft.

However, when has any PC game everbeen referred to as "Next-Gen"? Crysis, for example, is state-of-the-art, but no one calls it "next gen". No, that title is usually reserved for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. It is interesting to note that this job placement ad comes a few weeks after Microsoft announced its new text keypad controller attachment.

Could the rampant rumors a few months ago about an Xbox 360 version of World of Warcraft be coming to fruition? Only time will tell, but this writer is saying: Be prepared to enter Azeroth, Xbox 360 owners

You realize that doesn't make any sense? They would already be part because they HAVE a 360. Then if real hardcore WoW addicts buy a 360 just for WoW, which makes no sense either, then they would be playing that, not other games. And there are normal people that play it you know.

Blizzard is amazingly good at keeping secrets. If the polished look for Starcraft 2 is any indication I don't know what is. So I say who knows but anything is possible. My hunch just says that its not WoW as it is today going to the 360 but instead a job call for the next WoW entry that will be across multiple platforms - in order for them to have better access to every gamer's back pocket. My bets are that no matter what it is... Blizzard'scoffers will be overflowing.

They could if they wanted to ...but I won't buy this game b/c I might get addicted and $10 am month is too much for a single game.
