I need help with XBOX Live. Whenever I first hook up my system to the internet, it signs me into XBOX Live as usual. After that, whenever I try to access anything from the marketplace, it takes a long time before telling me the servers can't be reached. After about 2 minutes, it just disconnects. Can anybody help me? When i did a diagnostics, it said my NAT type was moderate. Could this be the problem?
if your console passed the test in the test connection section then it shouldnt bea problem. it doesnt matter if it is moderate. i was playing on strict once before and it didnt affect me. Try and re install your xbox live connection settings
No. When i first start up the console and am connected XBOX Live connects alright. When I try to do anything on the marketplace it says it can not connect to the servers. After that, it justs disconnects completely. I am trying to figure out why it keeps disconnecting and I can not do anything internet based.
