On 360 I would say probably Crackdown (soon to be outdone by GTA IV) :P
On PC, World of Warcraft by far. Over 2000 hours put into that game, sometimes I used to play it 14 hours a day. Glad I quit that game, it can and WILL consume your life.
2691 hours in WoW. My friend told me I should get an Xbox 360, and to afford it and xbox live I canceled my WoW subscription. It's a good game, but it never ends... wasn't hard to quit though, I played it for as long as I did because there was nothing better out there.
Oh yeah, and the longest time I speant playing an Xbox 360 game was Rainbow Six Vegas 1. I played the multiplayer for like 8 months straight, and then on and off afterwards.

haha I completely agree on the WoW part. I invested around 500 hours into one char. hopefully I'll be spending a lot of time in Oblivion now that I just got it
