Looking back: when did you first see the xbox 360 in action for teh first time?

I know the 360 is over 5 years old but the 360 had such an impact on me that i'll never forget the first time i seen the game playing. I was with me wife,now X-wife, and i had stopped by gamestop. They had the 360 running a Call of Duty demo. I was star struck by the eye candy and couldnt believe how great the graphics were. At teh time it was such a jump from the regular xbox. It had a shortage of xboxs when they first came out and i couldnt find one to buy for at least a couple weeks and i couldnt stand playing my regular xbox. So what was your first experince with the xbox 360 and what was your immpresssions?

I wonder if I'll have that same type of experince with the next xbox. I'll probly go and sell a kidney to pay for it lol.

Went to a Circuit City and saw the display and right in the middle was a dead 360 console with the red rings

I think it was when I played halo 3 on my friends 360 awhile back.

At a friend's house. They were playing Gears of War 1.

I remember trying the original xbox in Sydney airport....they had Amped on it......and although i sucked at it then it completely blew me away...

I saw the Gears of War trailer for the xbox360 online and decided I had to upgrade to a xbox360.....it just looked beautiful...(and looking at Call of Duty, Ghost Recon and Obilivan......it looked like it blew away the original xbox)

Don't really remember. But I do remember seeing Motorstorm playing on a PS3 the first time and being blown away by that.

At Circuit City and Call of Duty 2 was the demo.

First time I saw one was when I got one for christmas the year it came out.

I saw it in 2005 in a Gamestop running Madden 2006. THe graphics were amazing. I didn't get the 360 until 2008 though.

I believe it was at a friend's house back in 2008. I forget what game we were playing but I kept thinking "I want an XBOX 360!" I didn't get one for myself until 2010.

I think I saw it on display at Wal-Mart one day. Someone was playing King Kong...it looked amazing at the time...

I saw and played my first Xbox 360 game at an IGN event in LA. They were rockin' Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie. I got eaten by a Tyrannosaurus, then mocked by a Frag Doll for not mashing the button fast enough.

2006. At a friends house and they were playing Kameo. At the time I thought it was the most beautiful game I've ever seen. I was saving for a PS3 at the time, and I thought "what am I waiting for?" I got the 360 the next day.

I'm very glad I did, and I've never looked back.

I was in Best Buy in 2008and I saw someone playing Call of Duty 4 on the big screenand I was like man I gotta get that it looks awesome
