Looking for a game worth getting for the 360

I've got 2 months of summer vacation left and am in need on a new game, i'd like to know ppls opinions on games that i could get. I was thinking of NCAA 08, but other suggestions would be great too. I like shooters and sports.

Currently own: Oblivion, Gears, COD2, COD3, PGR3, TopSpin 2, Madden 06, Dead Rising

what other systems do you have? have the wii? if so , and if have not played it, buy Eternal darkness: sanity's requiem. Easily the best game so far.

no i don't have a wii (want one but w/e) I have a DS, and i have Mac. Would Halo and Halo 2 be good buys since i've never played the story on those, and halo 3 is coming out soon.TechSidd

i've never played it but the review was good and it looks good. amazon has it, but the new ones migh be expensive.

never played Halo 2 because I dont really enjoy 1st Peep shooters.

oh, and for the ds, there was some mystery game that came out 4 or so months ago. maybe that one.

im thinking either the darkness or dirt those are both great games

• halo 1 and 2, prepare for the awesomeness of halo 3!!!. the single player story on both is hard to follow at times, but its real fun. thats wat i would recomend.caus by the time ur done both, i think halo 3 should be out, unless u play then all through 1 day, which is prob possibl if u put ur minnd to it.

All these games should give you a good time of gameplay and fun. I recommend Rainbow Six Vegas since the 2 map packs are free so you get like 10 extra maps and 2 game modes.
