CoD4 got me interested in console shooters but I want to trade it in since online sucks IMO the maps are too small
Thinking of trading it in for Orange box(I loved TF1) or Halo 3

Does halo 3 have big maps?Hashindo
It has a couple of good sized maps. Some to me seem to small though.
Guess ill go for halo 3
I just want a shooter with big maps and strategy kind of like battlefield

You'll probably be disappointed with the amount of strategy in Halo 3. It's still worth a try though. If you like strategy shooters, try Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six. But like another user said, you will be WAY behind the curve on those and that could lead to a lot of frustration.

If you want a large battlefield 2 like experience then good luck finding it on a console. Most console games are limited to at most 18 players so yea... consoles do not do large scale multiplayer, more like squad battles.
Although frontlines: fuel of war looks promising, but its not out yet.
Dude your not really making any sense, Halo 3's multi is not even fun to me anymore since I got COD4, and I was a hardcore fan of Halo multiplayer before I played COD4(I must say though that sticking someone is still the best feeling you can have in online multiplayer, for a shooter anyway). You want bigger maps and your gonna trade it in for Orange Box or Halo 3? I have all 3 games in question here and COD4's multiplayer deff. has bigger maps, better strategy, more replayability, and is just way more fun than the other two. Do yourself a favor and give COD4 a little more time man. I know the servers are freakin out but its actually gotten better and you know with the amount of people that play it will get fixed completely. Bottom line: Don't trade it in, give it more time and you will see that it is far superior.
The Orange box is awesome though, and even though TF2 isen't bad its deff. the weak link compared to HL2 and Portal. Get it for the singleplayer alone and you get your money's worth.
The Orange Box was a good deal but I didn't like it at all. All 5 of those games got on my nerves but that's just my opinion. It depends how much you like Sci-Fi & cheesy multiplayer shooters. Halo 3 is kinda old now but is still a game that everyone who has an Xbox 360 should experience. I would go with that or Bioshock dude. Who cares if the box is orange? Just the way the main character looks in Halflife 2 makes me wanna knock the glasses off his head & take his wallet. Good gaming! :D

You've made an excellent decision sir. Halo3's gamplay only gets"stale" when you're constantly getting owned and you rarely win a match.
