Me and my husband like playing together so we need split screen games, we play halo3 and gears of war 2,left for dead but was looking for somthing different, was looking at staint row 2 but there no split screen in that games, anyone got any good splitscreen games out there
I hate to suggest yet another FPS game but I dont think there is any better split game on the 360 than Earth Defense Force 2017. Holy hell that game is fun!!! The world gets invaded by all kinds of giant bugs/robots. Ants, Spiders, Robots, and who knows what else... Its so freaking awesome. As you play you gain more powerful weapons and permanent health increases and the game has alot of difficulty setting which make you face MORE bugs that have more health and who are deadlier and its just crazy fun. You can replay a stage as much as you like and switch difficulties whenever you want so the fights can be as easy or hard as you like. You even get to drive tanks and choppers and robots and jetbikes during some missions. That game is one of my most favorite games on the 360. You fight alongside crap soldiers and all throughout the battles they are yelling out funny crap like "EDF EDF EDF" (earth defense force). The variety of weapons is great. On the harder difficulties it takes alot of team work in order to successfully complete the stage. Another cool part is you can totally destroy everything around you. You mostly fight in metropolitan area with multistory buildings and stuff and you can level them all if you feel like it lol. Its like the first and only splitscreen game you need. Army of Two was also pretty cool and lets you upgrade and buy weapons as you play but you are stuck playing through the boring story time after time. EDF has a ton of maps and the battles are to fun to give a sense of repetitiveness.
