Looking for good Halo Reach players!

Hey guys looking for a team of players that can hold their own on Halo Reach.

Pretty much all of my friends list consists of CoD players so i need some other players who are up for a good few wins on Reach. The matchmaking system always puts me with players who always get a negative which is okay, but from time to time i really want to win!

I am alright, very inconsistent. One game I will have 26, the next I will have 11. Always am in double digits, but sometimes I do worse than others.
