Looking for good/decent player's to party up with in Halo 4

I honestly can't join a game with at least one half decent player on my team, it's really starting to bug me because I believe I am a decent player and my team ALWAYSbrings me down. All I want is to play with a few decent players so I can actually win some matches for once. Regicide isn't an option for me because all of the MLGs play it and I'm definitely not as good as them...
