looks like no more gears of war for me then!

my darn disk broke on me!

the small hole in the middle as a crack and has gone into the foil..now it doesnt register just makes an awful noise... i think its where i put it into its case too rough.  Anyone else had problems with their games that are similar?

my friends gears of war disc had the same problem, and you said the exact same thing he did about putting the disc in the case too rough lol

all i know is you will probably have to buy a new gears disc if you want to play again.

do u people not understand the ways of getting your money back. OK here is what you do man. Go to a store, best buy, whatever is around you and buy a new copy of the game. open it take it home switch the disk with your disk that is broken go back to the store and tell them that the copy u purchased would not work in your system and you dont know why. you then get a new copy by trading in your broken disk and keeping the good disk at home, keep it for a few days then take it back with your new receipt and get the money back, you will have spent the initial 60 to get the game and then put the money out to get a new copy for a few days. flawless plan.zeldafan00013

Dishonesty is stupid and it sucks that people have no morals and feel it's ok. If you didn't buy it at a store then don't cheat the system and try to take it back to that store. I know it's the cool thing to do right now,  and it's done so much by people nowadays it's almost considered acceptable. I for one hope my son or I never stoop as low as to have it be ok to lie and cheat. Congrats to all the dishonest people with no integrity.

By the way I'm not saying just roll over and take it. If it broke and you didn't do anything out of the ordinary call MS and demand a new one, just be honest and tell them the 360 broke it if it did. If they say no, tell them you understand there position but don't accept it and need to pursue it further. You can be honest and still get something done about it. Dishonesty sucks although many here seem to find it cool.

How on earth did that happen? I've played games so many times but rarely ever have a disc break on me.Thorpe89

The same happend 2 my graw disk it sucked cause i treat my disks good  was playing it one day and the game froze when loading next level took it out and it had a deep scratch all the way round

yep thats what did it for me too...that and because it bored the living daylights out of me after 3 straight months
