When my 12-month gold membership ended, my friends list disappeared. When I purchased another 12-month gold membership, I still had no friends. Is there any way to get my friend list back?

Yeah, it sounds like you were the victim of a glitch. I just had my 12 months expire and I didn't renew for a few days but my friends where there even when I was a silver member. Have fun readding!

Your friends list didn't disappear. When everyone found out you lost live they all hurried up and canceled you as their friend lol. They left you man, j/k.

I don't believe the TC, because if you run out of *gold* it'll just revert back to a *silver account* with friends-list, messages and achievements still intact. So the only thing that could be concluded from all this is they all deleted you and there's nothing you can do about that..add them again if you remember, if you don't you're out of luck. (and people stop telling him to contact customer service..they're all the way in India or the Philippines..the most they'll tell him is >> unplug your 360..>> blow hard on it until the dust clears..>> take off the hard drive.. >> pray to god..lol u get my point!)
